Setting Up Your Account

Go to the Trade Log in page and enter your details where indicated.

We will review your application and send you a password as soon as possible (when possible within 24 hours).

Placing An Order

To place an order, log into your account by entering your e-mail address and password
Browse the site and add products to your basket. Please note that all prices exclude VAT, which will be added, where applicable, at the checkout
When ready, go to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Choose your correct location; UK, EU or Rest of World
Postage within the UK is a standard rate. For overseas orders postage is calculated on the size and weight of your parcel and will be added at the checkout. We always endevour to send overseas parcels at the best price on the day.

Payment

Payment is by credit card, or Electronic Payment. Payment must be made before the goods are dispatched (unless by prior arrangement).

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. If we are waiting for raw material deliveries, very occasionally this make take longer. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your order within this time, we will inform you by email of the anticipated dispatch date.

Delivery Charges

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class, overseas orders will be sent by airmail.

For UK orders under £175.00 (ex VAT) a delivery charge of £5.15 will apply. Orders over £175.00 will be delivered to the UK free of charge.

We offer a drop-ship service (UK addresses only) with a Tracked 24hr delivery charge of £4.98 on orders under 500g in weight. Drop-ship orders should be placed via the website.

All orders to the EU will be sent by airmail or courier and charged based on their weight.

All orders to the Rest of the World will be sent by courier and charged based on their weight.
