Shipping Charges

*** Shipping Notice to Customers in the USA ***

Shipping to the United States – Due to the political changes with regards trade, we have put a surcharge on the postage to cover majority of the customs and tariff charges, to this we apologise for the inconvenience.

To all EU customers, since 1 January 2021, we now sell at net cost, no VAT collection on the point of sale, the VAT element in now collected at the point of delivery/collection, along with any customs clearance costs. The customs clearance costs vary from country to country, so it may be worth asking at your local mail collection point your local costs, before you proceed with your purchase to avoid any disappointment.

We aim to dispatch orders to individuals within 3 working days. Trade orders take longer but we aim to dispatch 5 working days after receipt of payment. If we are waiting for raw material deliveries, very occasionally this may take longer. If we cannot dispatch within this timeframe we will email you with the anticipated dispatch date.

Payment is by credit/debit card, or Electronic Banking (Bacs, CHAPS, FasterPayments).

Payment must be made before the goods are dispatched (unless by prior arrangement).

Card payments are processed by 1Epay.
