The Boats & Balloons range has been exclusively licensed to Cleopatra's Needle by acclaimed British artist Chas Jacobs. Chas lives and works in Lancaster in the North West of England and much of his work is inspired by the local landscape of sea, coast and countryside. This Collection is for the more experienced stitcher.
