Fair Isle Spectacle Case (Crewel Wool, 14 hpi)

Fair Isle is a tiny jewel of an island south of Shetland and north of the Orkey Isles. Its famous for its knitwear in which patterns are created using multiple colours. This spectacle case has been designed on the same principles. The design is replicated on the reverse. When completed using Appletons crewel wool on a 14 count canvas, the desgn is 18 x 9.5 cm.
