*** Shipping Notice to Customers in the USA ***

Shipping to the United States – Due to the political changes with regards trade, we have put a surcharge on the postage to cover majority of the customs and tariff charges, to this we apologise for the inconvenience.

DUTY FREE for non UK customers - 20% VAT will be deducted at the checkout when the 'EU', ‘Rest of World ' or 'Channel Islands' shipping options are selected. You may also be charged a customs clearance fee, it may be worth checking at your local mail office for any charges, so you will not be disappointed.

Placing An Order

• Retail customers - no registration necessary, simply add items to your basket and checkout. Prices include VAT. NOTE: customers from the Channel Islands and outside the UK will have 20% VAT deducted when Channel Islands or worldwide shipping is selected at the checkout.
• Trade customers please log into your account by entering your email address and password. Prices exclude VAT.
• Choose your correct location; UK, Channel Islands, EU or Rest of World.
• Payment is by credit card, or Electronic Banking.

We aim to dispatch orders to individuals within 3 working days. Trade orders take longer but we aim to dispatch 5 working days after receipt of payment. If we are waiting for raw material deliveries, very occasionally this may take longer. If we cannot dispatch within this timeframe we will email you with the anticipated dispatch date.
