Cleopatra's Needle has been at the forefront of designing and manufacturing needlepoint, tapestry kits since 1988. Founded in London, it is now located in the Midlands, in West Leicestershire.

Cleopatra's Needle has a long-standing commitment to its core values of quality, service and ethical trading and supplies a major UK department store; art galleries; gift shops as well as independent retailers and enthusiastic stitchers around the world.

All our designs are exclusive with much of the inspiration coming from our beautiful environment.

The company is owned and managed by the husband and wife team, Ute and Robert.

We also offer a design service to organisations, companies and charities. Cleopatra's Needle has worked with the Courtauld Gallery in London to create 'The Bloomsbury Group' Collection, The Harbour View Gift Shop in the Falkland Islands to design and manufacture the Falkland Island Penguin range. Highgrove Enterprises one of King Charles's charities. The designs were based on the original artwork of Highgrove House Garden. We have also designed two sampler kits for Fishbourne Roman Palace based on the Roman mosaics of the Sea Panther and Sea Horse.
