Prices and VAT
All prices displayed on this site exclude VAT. For all orders within the UK and the EU, UK VAT at 15% will be applied at checkout.
Orders placed via the website
Orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment, except in the case of special orders as indicated in the product description. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your order within this time, we will inform as soon as possible advising you of the anticipated despatch date. If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you immediately.
Credit card security
Credit card details are transmitted to us using a highly secure (128 bit) encryption system. Should you still be uncomfortable providing credit card details online, please contact us and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your choice of Cleopatra's Needle product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it unused to the address below for a full refund within 28 days from your purchase date.

Delivery Charges
Orders placed online will be subject to a delivery charge of £7.50 to the UK. Orders over £150 excluding VAT are delivered FREE within the UK. Carriage charges for orders to be delivered outside the UK will be quoted and charged individually. When we receive an order for delivery outside the UK we will contact the purchaser as soon as possible with the delivery cost for that order.
Import Duty
Unfortunately, Cleopatra's Needle are unable to accept liability for any importation charges levied by local Customs.
