About This Site
This site is now specifically for the use of trade clients. If you're a retailer and wish to purchase from us on this site, please follow these steps.
A: Setting Up Your Account.
1: Go to the My Account page and enter your details where indicated. You will be asked to choose a password.
2: If you would like to apply for a 30-day credit account, please check the appropriate box when you enter your details above.
3: You will receive an email to let you know that your account has been activated and is ready to use. If you applied for a 30-day credit account, this may take longer to set up while we run the appropriate checks, but you can still order on a pro-forma basis until the 30-day account is set up.
B: Placing An Order.
4: To place an order, log into your account by entering your E-Mail address and the password you chose in step A1.
5: Browse the site and add the products you would like to buy to your basket. Please note that all prices exclude VAT, which will be added, where applicable, at checkout.
6: When ready, go to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Be sure to choose your correct location; UK, EU or Rest of World.
7: If you have a 30-day account, you will be sent an invoice with your goods. Otherwise, you can either pay online or by telephone with a credit card, or by sending us a cheque prior to despatch.
C: Delivery Charges
8: For UK orders under £150 (ex VAT) a delivery charge of £7.50 will apply. Orders over £150 will be delivered to the UK free of charge.
9: All orders for delivery outside the UK will be have delivery charges calculated and quoted individually. When you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible with the delivery cost for that order.
D: Managing You Account
10: You can edit your personal details and view your current and past orders in the "My Account" section.
Company Profile
Cleopatra's Needle Ltd. is based in the historic city of Lancaster in the North West of England.
Originally founded in Scotland, Cleopatra's Needle relocated several years ago to its present location in an old converted mill in the centre of Lancaster. The company was taken over by Kate Midgley and Judith Greenwood in September 2006.
Although small, the company sends its kits all over the world, as well as supplying major UK department store companies and many independent retailers.
Cleopatra's Needle has a long-standing commitment to its core values of quality, service and ethical trading.
